Terms of Service

The rules governing GreyStudio products, custom work, contracts, payment, delivery, licenses, account conduct, and support.

Last updated September 2, 2026

On this page

GreyStudio’s legal documents and templates are operational drafts and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use. Mandatory consumer, contract, and privacy law always applies.

Acceptance

By accessing GreyStudio, signing in through Discord, purchasing a product, submitting a custom order, signing a contract, or using support, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer, contract, and privacy rights continue to apply.

You must have authority to use the account and enter the relevant transaction.
Discord, Roblox, payment-provider, and platform rules also apply when you use those services.

Products

GreyStudio supplies digital Roblox systems, Discord tools, dashboards, custom development, and related materials according to the description or signed scope available when the order is placed.

Store products are sold at their normal listed price without a payment-method surcharge.
A new Custom Order quote may include GreyStudio's standard pricing adjustment in the final agreed price regardless of payment method. Existing orders are not repriced.
Review compatibility, technical requirements, licensing, price, and delivery conditions before paying.
Only features and deliverables expressly included in the product description or signed contract are included.

Licenses

Unless a product page or contract says otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable customer-use license for the approved account or project.

Do not resell, leak, redistribute, sublicense, deobfuscate, bypass licensing, or share access without written permission.
Ownership and source-file rights for custom work are configured in the signed agreement rather than assumed.

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Grey Studio are FINAL.

Grey Studio does not issue refunds for:
Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Failure to read the product description
Failure to meet system requirements
Compatibility with third-party resources
Development not yet started
Deposits
Partial payments
Full payments
Custom commissions
Digital products
Licenses
Product subscriptions
Memberships
Blacklisting
Account termination
Loss of Discord account
Failure to provide required information
Customer inactivity
Customer deciding to cancel
This applies EVEN IF development has not yet begun.
Once payment is completed, the customer permanently reserves production resources, staff allocation, licensing capacity, administration time, and scheduling.
Payments cannot be cancelled or reversed through Grey Studio.
Grey Studio MAY voluntarily issue a refund at its sole discretion.
This does not waive any mandatory legal rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Chargebacks

A chargeback does not automatically cancel contractual obligations. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to paused delivery, suspension, termination, license revocation, preserved evidence, and a response to the payment provider.

GreyStudio does not prevent lawful disputes or statutory remedies.
Good-faith billing concerns are reviewed against the transaction, delivery, communication, and contract record.

Digital Delivery

Digital delivery may occur immediately after payment or through greystudio.dev, Payhip, Parcel, or another approved GreyStudio channel. Delivery timestamps and access events may be recorded.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safeguarding delivered files.
GreyStudio-hosted access, updates, and support may be disabled following a material breach, but GreyStudio does not claim authority to destroy unrelated customer files.

Custom Orders

Custom orders follow a strict approval, contract, payment, and delivery sequence.

Before payment, the customer submits a request.
After approval, the customer signs the contract.
The customer then pays.
Only after BOTH the contract is signed and payment is completed can the Founder deliver the order.
The customer cannot cancel after payment.

Contracts and Signatures

A custom-order contract must be signed through the authenticated customer account before final delivery. The signature record includes consent, document version, timestamp, account identifiers, technical security data, and a cryptographic hash of an immutable snapshot.

The customer is responsible for controlling their GreyStudio and Discord accounts.
An authenticated signature may be treated as authorized, subject to applicable law and a verified account-compromise investigation.
Losing account access does not automatically cancel a signed contract or payment obligation. Contact Support for identity and security review.

Payments

Payment schedules, currencies, deposits, milestones, and due dates are governed by the checkout record or signed contract. GreyStudio may pause work or delivery while required payment is missing, reversed, or under a legitimate security review.

Use only official payment instructions and do not use stolen or unauthorized methods.
Scope changes require written approval, revised price, and a revised timeline.

Fraud and Misconduct

Fraud, scams, stolen payment methods, false ownership claims, abusive chargebacks, license sharing, redistribution, contract impersonation, falsified evidence, and malicious use of GreyStudio systems are prohibited.

GreyStudio may suspend access, pause delivery, revoke licenses, preserve evidence, deny future service, and report supported abuse to providers or relevant platforms.
Credible external Ro-Tech blacklist or fraud reports are reviewed for evidence, severity, reliability, and the customer’s response; an external listing does not cause automatic termination.
Where practical, notice and an appeal or review opportunity will be provided. Owner decisions and evidence reviews are audit logged.

License Revocation

GreyStudio may revoke product or license access for material breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, security threats, or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

Revocation may disable GreyStudio-hosted downloads, licensing, updates, and support.
Where practical, GreyStudio will provide notice and a reason. Immediate action may be used to protect customers, systems, intellectual property, or payment integrity.

Account Termination

Account access may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations. Rights and obligations that logically survive termination, including signed contracts, payment records, licenses, and dispute evidence, remain subject to law.

All users may submit privacy and deletion requests, including users whose access is suspended or terminated.
Limited records may be retained for legal compliance, contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, security, licenses, audit history, or legal claims. Requests are reviewed individually and unnecessary data is deleted, restricted, or anonymized where practical.

Support and Warranty

Unless a signed contract says otherwise, custom work includes a 14-day bug warranty from final delivery for reproducible defects within the agreed scope.

The warranty excludes new features, scope changes, third-party failures, customer modifications, misuse, platform changes, and unsupported implementation.
Support remains limited to the product, signed scope, support period, and GreyStudio-provided configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GreyStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from platform changes, third-party failures, improper implementation, unauthorized modification, or use outside the documented scope.

Any liability limitation or cap remains subject to mandatory applicable law.
GreyStudio does not claim ownership of a customer’s unrelated files, projects, or materials.

Changes

GreyStudio may update these Terms as services, integrations, payment methods, and legal requirements change. The published version and date identify the terms currently in effect.

Signed contracts record the Terms and Privacy versions accepted at signature.
Material changes apply according to notice and applicable-law requirements.

Contact

Contact GreyStudio through the official Support portal for product, order, payment, contract, account-security, privacy, or appeal questions.
