Unless a product page or contract says otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable customer-use licence for the approved account or project.
Custom orders follow the approved scope, signed contract, milestone payment, development, review, final payment, delivery, and fourteen-day warranty sequence.
Payment schedules, currencies, deposits, milestones, and due dates are governed by the checkout record or signed contract. Required work or delivery may be paused while payment is missing, reversed, or under security review.
Payment is treated as received only after Grey Studio records authoritative confirmation. A redirect, screenshot, assertion, or pending authorization is not proof of payment.
Ownership, licensing, source access, modification, redistribution, resale, rebranding, and technical protection rights are the rights recorded in the signed agreement. Commercial ownership does not transfer original authorship.
Unless a signed contract says otherwise, custom work includes a fourteen-day bug warranty from final delivery for reproducible defects inside the agreed scope.
Fraud, stolen payment methods, abusive chargebacks, false ownership claims, unauthorized redistribution, licence bypass, and malicious use are prohibited.
Mandatory consumer, contract, privacy, cancellation, refund, and dispute rights continue to apply.
